I had a great experience with this company! I didn’t want to purchase a new laptop, having minimal funds as a medical student and knowing something bigger and better would be out by the time I graduated and would finally have some cash flow, so I figured I would rent and then buy myself a new laptop at the end of med school. I received a brand new laptop and had zero issues with reimbursement and the eventual return. Honestly I’m very impressed by how well everything went and how responsive the company was and easy to work with. I had a few other friends that rented laptops/iPads through Laptops for Military Docs and similarly had very smooth experiences. This is an underrated perk of HPSP!! Rent now and buy yourself something when you can afford it!!
I received the 3-yr HPSP which gave me the opportunity to still rent an iPad Pro for school. These guys understand the reimbursement rules well and help provide everything you need to get your rental covered. I'm happy I had this option available to me to help in my studies.
Renting a laptop courtesy of HPSP is a wonderful choice! These guys make it super easy and great customer service too! My first computer crapped out (not their fault!) and they worked with me and replaced it with a gently used one that they had in stock, and it is working great! Absolutely could not recommend more!
